Another Crazy Plan
Today was Jameson's 5th birthday. I missed it because I couldn't get up there until next week, after my next product release. I'm sure in 20 years that's going to seem real f**king important.
So I hatched another crazy scheme. There's a house here in Denver we want, but we can't get the albatross in Seattle to sell. So, several hours of no sleep one night, a spreadsheet and the thought "it just might work" and here we go again.
Essentially, I've convinced these people here it would be better to rent me their house until the market stabilizes, then let me buy it. So far, they're on board. We'll see what happens.
